    Discovery Series I Snorkel

Here are a couple of pics of my snorkel I just got fabricated over here in the UAE. It is a tad overengineered as the workshop decided it might as well act as a drivers side rollbar

So far, the old bus has had a reworked engine (original only 346k on the clock), recon gearbox, OME suspension, new wheel bearings, new brakes, MRF 7.50x16 tyres and have put a Frontrunner roofrack (with awning constructed by Streaky cheers mate) on as I got it dirt cheap (had the wrong legs and only four of them ) so once more down to the fabricators and hey presto 8 heavy duty legs. right now they are converting an ARB winch bumper so that it will fit my Disco with the xd9000i on it and that goes on tomorrow then onto the interior. Next weekend fit the rooftent, start the wiring and the internal storage and then construct a double rear wheel carrier. should be complete in three weeks

theres is a sticky how to on the General forum page. basically cut and paste the properties (web address) of the picture into the post using the little picture icon in the message tools header
