So, are these the wires that look like they are in yellow heat-shrink, or is there another set of yellow wires?

On the connector under the seat, if I unplug them to check, will I get a SRS fail light on the dash? If ths is the case, then that would confirm that I am looking at the wrong wires.

This is all starting to get confusing, cause I am using the Rave CD to trace everything, and it all seems to match.

I even have the connectors & associated cables behind the window switch panel.

If all else fails, I guess I can just use a hot water bottle to warm the seat before I leave for work....

    just took a picture

Dont confuse the yellow surrounding the seat base - thats just a rigid support for the seat spring.

I will post a pic showing what the heater elements look like, (when I can find it !!!)

The picture below is taken from the rear footwell looking up and towards the drivers seat in front. They would ve very visiable if the are there

Cheers for that. This has now cleared up my confusion.

Guess I am not going to get that warm feeling rising beneath me after all.
