    Weak really, well as strong as the weld.. so very strong, but thats how all off them are done....
    Not all of them. The ARB winch bar on my Rodeo had the pipe going through the top part of the bar. Not sure if it was welded both sides or not.
    Just checked my ARB winch bar on the Disco and it does not. Just welded onto the top.

    Both are the slightly older style bars with the fairlead on the front of the bar as opposed to inside the bar with the plastic bump caps on front.
