    That looks like it will turn out pretty good. I'd be interested in any plans you may have for it, I've got a winch and nothing to mount it too

    Ok guys . we have done more to the bullbar this weekend . Fitted the top loop to fit lights on . And filled in all the open areas with mesh and painted it black ..... still not finished but getting close to it ...... Pics soon .

    Looking good Mick. How will you stop the middle section from flexing at the winch mount when winching or if the wings take an impact?

    ARB do this on their highmount bars by running a reinforcing rail across the front which integrates with the roller fairlead, and on the low mounts they give the structure depth by using the deck on the bar and just cutouts for winch access.

    Thanks Slunnie , yeah the bar will have a couple of out riggers to stop any movement on the sides on an impact . I still need to do some more work to it to get the bar finished but slowly getting there .
