    Camper trailer

Hello, I'm new to this forum and I have seen a couple of camper trailers/caravan projects, so I thought I would post my own.
The first couple of pics are before shots, I don't plan on replacing the canvass but will be painting the exterior white and the wheels will be bright red. I am doing it in a 60's diner theme (thats why the checkered floor), the seats will be bright red vynal and probably cutains to match, everything else will be white with the sink and hot plate stainless.
Since the 'after' photo was taken I have laminated the table and bench tops in a light grey/white granite look and have started the painting which will be finished this weekend.
It is running on 12 volt so I'm not limited to mains power. I have a 140Ah battery with a 3 stage charger (I estimate a solid two nights of power), 2x flouro lights, water pump (40psi) and flick mixer, Mp3 DVD etc. stereo with two 300w speakers, 80Lt water tank and four buner gas hot plate, fridge is three way original but I don't plan on running it unless I do a long trip (going to use it like an esky).
I have replaced the cables for the lifting mechanism (as one broke when I put it up for the first time) with heavy duty stainless steel cable.
It has taken me 8 weeks so far and I will definately have it finished in time for summer and already have a couple of trips planned, first will be to the coast for fish and chips with my wife and 2 year old daughter.
I will be towing it with my 93, 3.5 Lt, auto Discovery. I will be posting pics of my Discovery when I get some good ones.
