That will be strong enough How high are you going to mount it with 35's and longer travel etc.
Maybe put small wells over the tyres so you can keep the C of G lower.
Would help with high speed cornering and side slopes a lot!
When the bags are setup, that will dictate tray height, thought about folding up some pretty tubs, but will make it a real pain to set up, so not sure yet

Barney was nearly coming home with me, good dog

A little more, worked yesterday, 3hr job, turned into a breakdown aswell, nice to see a 6.6KV motor liquid starter steaming called in again this morning to, never ends, also in again tomorrow, so much for RDO's!

Mounted controller and valve block, I know, but they assure me its fully water/muck proof

    Motor clean

Box clean and awaiting new input/output seals, front and rear output bearings and gaskets, was a good unit, ain't broke and all that

Pulled it apart a little, centre diff is pretty slack internally

May just pick a better one from under the bench, knew I kept these for something

Looking really good Matt! I have my air springs all fitted now. Just need to sort out the (manual) controllers and give them a test.

What part no are the bags and pistons? May be the photoes, but the pistons you have appear slightly longer than mine. They may not compress up as far, but will make up for it on the down stroke. The longer piston should make them a little more progressive as well.

1t14c-5 bags, pistons is in, so can't help on the numbers sorry

"apparently" with longer bags it'll loose stability, how much truth to it, who knows, Ben has the 1t14c-7 bags I believe, see his thoughts when his done, these will extend past the longer shocks I have, so that's more than enough for me

Plates for the front should be cut tomorrow, hopefully fit the front bags tomorrow night, you never said if you wanted a set for yourself, seeing as they are getting done, I've got three sets anyhow

Going to be very interesting how yours, Bens and mine turn out in the long run. I have the longer bags and have found when I have big weights on I have to lower it to keep things nice and stable at high speed. Still better than coils though.
Yea I do want a set for the front. Doesn't matter if its to late. I need to take some measurements ideally anyway.

Not to late, that's why I got 3 sets, one for me, you and a spare, always with the spares when I buy stuff

Upto you if you use them
