Bubble roof.... You'd need a series screen, though Stirlsilver has changed his to songle glass.

Paint should be fairly resilient to flex, whether its sikaflex or bog, its all going to flex the same

No bubble roof, no more work than required on this one, when the cab is done, I have to lift off the body, repair all the outriggers, refit and fit out this cab with all the other gear and well, its only my beater ute, it moves dirt, wood, bark etc and the wife drives it to work when I've broken the Jag doing skids

Just thought I'd post a pic of one of the MANY things that will slow this project up

    VN V6 and T5 gearbag in a 93 2WD hilux

Damn tight fit had to split the tunnel with a 5" and beat it for clearance

Just like all my projects, there is other projects on the side, been doing at bit of fenceing the last few days, good weather for it

Hi Matt. Where did you get the flexy looking air intake hose that goes between the plenum, gas ring and then gas ring and rigid intake hose on the Hilux?

    Commodore

Its not 3", its a little larger, I usually use silicon hose(truck radiator hose) at near 3bucks an inch, but this was handy, some came with the motor, some was hanging around from a Rangie I wrecked ages ago

Don't pay to much attention to the pics, thats just sitting in there at the mo', gotta finish it off

Thanks for that. I looked for ages for the right hose. Auto shops, hose places, truck places etc. None had it. Ended up bodgying up the factory intake hose to my gas ring. Will try a wrecker.

Hey Matt what happened to the extra cab conversion? Just wondering what it looks like when done.

    Not an ounce of progress

Actually I touched it the other day, when I closed the door on the 120" it shattered the window all over me, so had to steal another glass

Its low on the list at the moment, later this year

Your getting as bad is me with starting projects and leaving them. I had two off my series spit the window glass out and smash
