Cancel that idea, sat in a new 110 duel cab, more room in a mini. Test drove a chipped D2 aswell, not impressed. back to the drawing board

Matt, how did you shape the new panel to match. Folding is easy enough, but how do you do the curved part ??

I merely put the fold in, pre drilled the holes, screwed it on (prior to rivets as it had to come off again for trimming) and rolled it over useing my forearms, hands, legs and knees, while screwing it into situ

Turned out better than I hoped to be honest

Hopefully next weekend, I'll get the infill on the up bit done, already got it sussed how to, trying to make it look like it came from the factory.......................which ain;t all that hard, when they're exposed rivetted together

Said to my old man, when he commented how it came out alright, I think I need to bash the sides up a bit with a ball pein hammer, to make it look like a new one
