I don't mean to knock your work buddy , but I see some flaws in your design , your pipe work and welding looks real good.
firstly where your vertial pivots are welded , once the tyres are put on swing aways carriers , when closed they will be blocking your vehicles lights and looking at your design the may also prutrude out the sides of the vehicles and I suspect this may be illegal ,
secondy the other thing is if in case you get rear ended by another vehicle and the vertical pivot on LHS gets pushed forward and you need to get to your first aid kit in the back parcel area then the bent pivit will prevent you from opening the back door. :o
