    looks good.
I was wondering what you used to cut the arc on the flat bars to weld them around the tube?

Chops - always do mate, I get the same help from fellow AULOrians with the work they do, so happy to return the favour

HO - (and I dont mean the Amrican version of HO ) I have only the basic tools, no workshop. To cut the arc I just used an angle grinder with a cutting saw to cut a V shape, then used the grinding disk to round it off. Then I placed both flat bars together (clamped them) then again used the grinder to make sure both surfaces where the same before welding on tube.
