Hello all,

The constant rattle from the 2nd row seats has been annoying me for ages.Anyway i had a crack at fixing it.

The noise was being caused by vertical movement in the drivers side hinge of the fold down seat.

I had to remove the seat from the vehicle and strip the top half of the seat so that i could get clear access to the torx bolts on the hinges.

I had to use vice grips to undo them.

Once removed i placed some fibre washers in both hinges to takeup the play in the hinge.

Used plenty of dry lube on the moving parts.

I also fitted new low profile bolts.

Put in all back together again and all fixed.

Hope this is of help to those with the same problem.
