( Got me on that one, I was only a kid and the bloke at Steggles said, "what do you want that for" I said "I don't know the boss wants it"........well, you should have heard the chooks squarking when the bloke grabbed them by the feet and tore the feathers off").

ps. The boss roared out laughing when I got back...he said.."that's the first time anybody actually got the feathers"
