I too have also been looking at them and so far I can not find a negative review on them.

Seems to be a good price too! Anyone got one fitted to a D4??

I too am interested in these winches, seem to read better quality at a reasonable price without going overboard. Higher quality solenoids, wireless etc.

I have just fitted an OL bar to my D4 and have been looking at the 12000 models as they come standard with the slightly thicker plasma rope.
Haven't been looking real hard yet as I probably need to get a roof rack first.

I have a 15,000lb Runva hyd. winch fitted to my Tow/Salvage truck and I'm impressed with it's operation and quality build, have a look here for more info/opinions,

Thanks for the info Tank in relation to the cable and quality of the hydro winch.

I am still wondering about quality of the electric version, if it is up to the same standard, I'm thinking it should be pretty good.
