    Taught- past tense of to teach.
    Taut- to be tight (pun on the rope thing- geddit?!). Also used as maritime slang as a 'taut ship' - having a good crew- which by recent accounts, I am not yet proficient .

    Soft Shackles are available here (sure ex china, but in Australia) for $29.00 each. I have just ordered a couple to check out. see Ultraflex 4x4 on facebook.
