That's disturbing but I think they'll keep it and modify it to meet U.S and other market requirements and increase their sales, although the purists probablynwon't be happy with the outcome

I wouldn't mind buying a Defender built in India, that's also probably better in quality and cheaper in price.

It probably won't be modified, but replaced, using, as expected, the D3 platform. Quite possibly with a better vehicle - but will it be a Defender?
