a few reasons:
A: the media got the price wrong
B: they can not be bought new over there and imports are hard due to regs
C: it may be customised
D: due to the above and a celeb wanting it, they would have good reason to charge double, #1 the celeb will pay #2 if they don't, the celeb may feel like its not prestigious enough for them...
