Don't get me wrong, its a terrible thing.

But just because he was in a 4WD does not make it a 4WD accident.

The fatal accident occurred on May 10 at 8pm, when the Land Rover driven by a Hunterville man went off the road after a days duck hunting.

The story reads as if they ran off the road and just happened to be in a 4WD.
