can someone tell me what wheelbase this is?

i recently came across a lovely custard coloured lwb series one pickup. it is totally original and complete and sitting in a field of landrovers.

the owner thought it to be a 109 but with out a measuring tape i could not check.

i did however have a chance to get the number from the dash. it reads, 57761330. can anyone tell me if it is possible to identify wheelbase from this infomation? thanks

    Hi Marcello,

It is a 107" 1955 model and would have been supplied around November/December 1955 (close numbers to it). Not sold through Grenville Motors so probably Regents in Melbourne.

pictures will be on the way tonight with a bit of luck.

can anyone fill me in as to the rarity and price of 99% original and unrestored series one 107 pickup?

the owner has given me a price if i want to purchase it but i think 2.5k is a bit steep. considering it may need a bit of work to get a roadworthy. then again, i have no idea!

    stay tuned for pics.

its really hard to say untill we see a few photos as these vehicles can vary dramatically in price but if its 99% original and complete running fine with no rust 2.5k seems pretty good

A few pics will help chuck a $$ on it. I paid $100 for this 4 years ago. But it was very incomplete with a Holden donk.
