    waiting for adoption

I have been sadly watching this old beauty in a paddock in Robertson NSW for some years.

Recently someone pinched the lights so I asked the owner what he was doing with it. He's now happy to sell it.

If anyone is interested, let me know and I'll PM you the guy's contacts.
shame to see it like this!

    Digger,
The rust isn't too bad considering.
He didn't discuss price. I just suggested he should let it go to someone who would restore it!
I can give you the guys name and number if you want to talk with him.
The guy who sold it to him still lives here in Robo, he's a mechanic and landy enthusiast. He is really dossapointed because he had it immaculate when he sold it.
It's only about 10 mins from me so let me know if you want more photos.

Do you have a chassis number? Looks like a 52 model

The sign writing could of been done by the local dealer that sold the vehicle.

Cant find any plates or numbers except one on the dash left of the steering wheel that seemed to have been a 4WD instruction (it has a number stamped on it 26160770) and there's a plate in front of the radiator which seems to be about lubricants.

Old licence plate in the rear locker [NSW] EYG 170 - dont know if it came from the vehicle.
I took more pics and will post them today - a bit rustier than I first thought.

That would indicate about 1968 - so not the original plates.
