A Photo of my 1952 S1, I rescued her in PNG in the early 80's and partially restored her, then shipped her here in the mid 90's when I moved to Aus and completed the restoration.

I forgot about this thread,posted this pic in another.
This is the vehicle in my sig,in her younger days,around 2 to 4 yrs old.
It would be nice to have her back in this condition.
We actually still have those plates..

I was told it was running about 6 months ago, if true. I have used the crank, there is still compression. Haven't had time to play with it yet, with Corowa coming up. After I get back from that I will start to get into it. I will post some photos of the engine over the weekend. Still has original radiator, air filter and oil breathers. Fire wall is shot, fair bit of rust on the chassis, panels are very straight. Can't believe I got it, and yes, what a price! Cheers mate.

Had I known the asking price...I would have trumped you with a carton of West End Draught!
