That looks like a Larkspur C42 VHF set which is, as you suggest, late 1950's 1960's equipment and the table appears to be the standard Larkspur table as used in FFW/FFR right through the larkspur era including the SII/SIIa.
The artists impression leaves a little to be desired. Notice it is missing the transom and the seat backs are quite weird neither sprung shovels nor hinged spade shaped and the instrument panel is sitting behind the windscreen vent.
Andrew Tostevin acquired a number of images from the MoD showing a 1949/50 fitted with the WS19 HF set these are pubished on the REMLR site:Series 1 FFW -REMLR
I have also seen a brochure of a Hard top 80" fitted with a PYE WS62 HF set. Have to track it down again.
