Juddy,
I dont know what a 55/56 pig pen is but here is a picture of a flat bed S1. Someone else may be able to tell you if that is what you are looking for.
Cheers Jeff

Something like Jock The Rock's S1?
My Project: 1957 109" Series I Flat Tray
perhaps something like Jock's, but with extra height sides?
EDIT: I'm thinking along the lines of this Ford's tray

I don't think this was a standard body style for any Landrover, but similar locally produced sides have been fitted to probably all models, for carrying loads such as hay or, particularly when fitted to a flat tray, stock such as sheep, goats or pigs.
But each set of sides will have been designed and built by local tradesmen or perhaps more often by the owner. In Australia, metal (steel, mostly), usually mesh, almost entirely replaced wood for this sort of crate in the 1970s. I can't find a picture of one fitted to a Landrover at the moment though.
