An old mate of mine sent me these pics when I was saying how sorry I was that I dont have any pics of my old Series Ones.

Some old LROCV members will know the location, cnr Blackburn & Doncaster roads. Many a Magazine night was spent walking around the table putting the 'review' together

Pic was mid 1980's as thats a Fiberglass 110 bonnet on my series 2 with Toyota Axles & wheels if you didnt notice.

It was the most fun Landy Ive had, I remember driving around the paddocks at Wandin (without the Canvas on & screen folded down) for the 4WD field day , Jim Impey was in the Passenger seat I turned a sharp right corner & heard a noise from Jim, & noticed him being ejected out the opening door.

I later changed the Reg Plates to SI 1954 Anyone here own the car now??



Looking at it now I rather like the patina of the before restoration.
