Cycling:
- Broken jaw - surgery, two Titanium plates
- Broken hand - surgery, pinned and cast for 6 weeks
- Lot's of missing skin on knees, shoulders, elbows, forearms, lower back, scrubbed clean with surgical scrub brush to remove sand grains
Rally / enduro motorbikes:
- Posterior dislocation of shoulder - 7/8ths torn rotator cuff, fractured humerous head, Burkhart lesion - surgery, permanent restricted movement.
- Ruptured spleen, several fractured ribs - dodged a bullet with no surgery (good at self healing - practice makes perfect

)
- Torn MCL and grade 2 strain of ACL - self healing again, phew.
- Multiple fractures to 7 bones in foot - no surgery (no bones left large enough to operate on!)
Still closer to death on the motorcycle I think, so it depends on your perception of "dangerous".
