I have purchased several looms from the Au companies and would again, both supply good product. But you need to state exactly what you want and remember to explain which dip switch setup you have. Ask and make sure you end up with wax cotton not poxy plastic covered wire. They will install the extra indicator wiring into the looms.
If indicators where installed from Rover a separate loom was used and in your case a rotary type “bakerlight” switch was placed on a plate mounted just to the right of the existing instruments.
My 107 wagon had factory indicators fitted no inside indicator light, so technically I would say you don’t need one but I would and have fitted one, One of the indicators like the oil light look right and with a bit of modern magic ie: 2 diodes can be made to indicate left or right.
