Very Rare Land rover probably about 6 left in the world in the mid 40's .The rover company built 600 Land rover by hand & distributed them to armies around the world .
Australia got 12 of this & this is one of those 12.sold to a retired colonel whenthe Australia army was selling them off after evaluation.
This vehicle is for sale by tender on condition that i play a major part in its restoration.
I bought it from the colonel on condition that I restore it to a similar condition to a Willys jeep that I had justb restored when I first met the colonel.
If you are looking for a very rare vehicle. That can only increase in value. The n this would be wonderful investment.
Ps.the way to tell if it is handmade land rover is by the size of the speedo plus of course engine & chassis numbers<br/><br/>
