Thanks for all of that. Found a flange with OK bolt holes. Now both done with "Ezi/Redi" Sleeves for the Gitts seals
Getting the 85ft/lbs on the nut on the bench not a single person job.
Even with the pinion pre-loaded to the 85ft/lbs still have around double the specified backlash between pinion and crown wheel. However, all is smooth and the gear cheeks have the appropriate wear patterns. Really didn't want to go fiddling with the crown wheel bearings. Will be installing in the housings tomorrow - Sunday.
Hopefully the diffs will be well when they finally get to absorb the awesome 2ltr power in year or two .
