    '52 80" brake lines

    Hi

Does anyone have a picture/s, drawings of the 80" brake lines, the lines with the brass connectors on the LH and RH chassis rail, in front of the firewall and attached to aft firewall bolt i.e. before the changeover to singles from the master cyl,

I don't, didn't have any patterns, brake lines as received before strip down were cut in places and as various pieces of spaghetti. The LH to RH crossover was twisted and tied around the cross member. The only diagrams I have been able to find are of the later one piece single lines.

I received some pre-manufactured (but coiled, not bent) brake lines, and the right to left crossover pipe had at least a 100mm extra, that meant I had to keep the line very low on the cross member and then had to "loop" out. I don't think my installation is very satisfactory and will replace if I can get a dinki di picture.

    Cheers
