Yup, bleed every freak-in bit about 6 times, had the rear wheels off again this arvo and tightened the cams so there is no movement, I'll do the same to the front tomorrow then try again.
    Can't wait to crack this....

I'm just about broken by these brakes!!
I have done so many things that I'm running out of options,
First I disconnected the brake booster and the front brakes at the Y fitting under the floor and plugged the holes so I only had back brakes, bled the system and found I had the springs connected incorrectly, Yay I thought full pedal pressure but back brakes only.
Then I connected the booster into the system, bled it again and again full pedal pressure.
I then connected the front brakes into the system adjusted the shoes, found I had the trailing shoes on one side and the leading on the other so corrected this bled it, no pedal pressure. Clamped off both front flexible hoses and I had pedal pressure! for a while but eventual the pedal went back to the floor...
So that's where its at, the front is the problem and I'm coming around to it being the 11" dual piston system working with the standard 86" master cylinder or I haven't got the snail cams adjusted correctly..
I found the pdf of the 2a manual which mentions the 11 inch brakes but the adjustment detail is a bit scant, does anyone have any ideas as I'm seriously considering putting the correct 10" drums on!!
    Cheers
    Jason
