    Air filter

For those of you running a stromberg carby - what air filter housing do you have? I had three olduns in the shed and they all foul the bonnet to some extent when the lids down. Just wondering.
    cheers,

My 80" had a Holden carby on it when I bought it & the elbow for the air filter on top of the carby had been shortened to clear the bonnet . The elbow fitted straight on top of the carby with out the rubber hose between the carby & elbow I replaced the carby with the correct one & still had the modified elbow laying around for years , not sure if I have given it away though , will check.

    Thanks for the replies.
i wont be at Cooma Jim.
i should have said, the battery and air filter bracket has been completely chopped out and the battery currently lives under the passenger seat - but its a pain as its too big for the space so i have to have the seat up. I’ll have to think up a temporary
bodge. Interesting re the shortened elbow.
    cheers,
