hi stewart 1666 is 1951 ckd engine numbers start at 161oooo1 geabox starts at16100001 ckd axles also 161ooo1 hope this helps jim

Could be hard getting exact info. Calvin offers pretty much the same info as Jim has supplied.

Where did you buy it from - it doesn’t show as ever being registered in Vic, but interstate checks are harder.

Did you purchase the one from Queensland ? Googled the chassis number and came up with the advert......

You might be able to get a dispatch date from the UK, I forget where you get this from but someone will know.
The actual build date would have been at the agent that built it, the seller suggested Annand & Thompson, but I believe their records were lost in floods in the 70's.

Looks like a big project.....
