    OK, happy with engine so time to move onto Box.
    First clean up and strip.

    Box

    All the normal problems, centre bush in 3 bits, sheared off retaining pins, distance washer in 2 bits but rest of box looks good.
    Parts: new bush, retaining pins, distance washer, all bearings and seals.

    TCase

    Strip transfer case and clean up alloy and parts, replace all bearings, seals, brake shoes and gaskets.
