Can someone provide me with some guidance on what to remove, as the shaft that drives the Dizzy is firmly linked to the worm drive on the cam, so cannot be turned in the manner indicated. D0oes this require the the removal of the dizzy drive shaft as well as the Dizzy?

Jeff, You are correct, the worm drive on the camshaft won't allow rotation of the shaft. Just make sure all the bearing surfaces are smeared with assembly lube and that the oil pump gears are not assembled dry. It should pump up oil pressure as soon as it is started. You can hand crank it over a few times if you are worried. The assembly lube protects the bearing surfaces for the few seconds it takes to acheive full oil pressure at the initial start up.
