    1956 Battery case 86"

Hi, does anyone have pictures of the battery case and support brackets for a Series 1 86"?
Pic is of the current arrangement, and I will have to remove it to repair the relay housing, so thought I'd put it back the way it should be.
    Cheers Adam

I thought that is as it is - just need the hold down brackets.

I think they remained the same for most Series vehicles, and there must be thousands in usable condition lying round sheds and scrap heaps round the country!

Don't be tempted to buy one for a S2 or 3, like the one on e-bay. They won't fit, you won't be able to close the bonnet. The 2/3 cleaners are taller.
You need one for a 54-58 model.

Well, if you find a good one it would not be very difficult to modify the hold down straps. Much easier than starting from scratch without any dimensions.
