Yep, stud pattern is the same. Wheels are a little bit different I think, someone will know exactly how.
G,day All,
Can anyone tell me if the wheel rims/stud patterns are the same for Series 1's and Series 2A's ?
Thanks
Ben

Yes, will fit all the way through to current Defender. Different widths and offsets though.
Has been covered a couple of times, do a search and all should be revealed.

The very early 1948 and early demountable rims were 4.5" the rest of the series 1 rims were 5" rims and stamped with the part number 231601. The diagramme below is an indication of the offsets and widths of rims.
You should also be aware that Range Rover steel rims are 6" and Range Rover Alloy, and Discovery Series 1 rims (both steel and alloy) are 7". Range Rover pressed steel rims will fit on Land Rovers with the star pattern drive flanges.
The Discovery II & III and P38a & subsequent Range Rovers have a smaller PCD than the all the previous Land Rovers.
The exception to all of the above is the 101" Military F/C which has a 6 stud PCD

You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.
G'day All, I have 8 rims (with tyres ) that are going to be dumped very soon, 4 late model Series 3 109 and the others S2A 109, it is pickup only in Cessnock and I'm not going to keep them any more than 3 weeks from today, sick of walking around them, cheers Dennis
PS the tyres would be ok for a stump jumper/paddock basher but the rims would clean up OK.
G'day All, Just to finish off this post all 8 wheels have gone to good homes cheers Dennis
