Would imagine a transport company would tell you how much, dont see you getting much change out of 5 grand oz dollars for sea freight to europe, how much do you really want a 107?

6 months ago I was told that a transport from NZ to Belgium was around 2.000 AUD. This price appears to be not too expensive if one consider that travelling by car and a trailer from France to UK or elsewhere to Europe to find a 107 will cost the same if not more !!!

You must want one bad - but i would check those prices first.

I looked into bringing a S1 Fire Engine in from New Zealand last year, the freight was expensive & then there was the quarantine issues (as Land Rovers have open box chassis and it had to be extensively clean internally).

fuel is obscenely expensive, and the ferries wouldnt be cheap with a car trailer either

One would think that good old jolly England would have plenty of Landys seeing as they made the the little fellas there, maybe looking at getting one from Africa may be another avenue of thought, there is big mobs of old Series over there and dare say you get one for a song, importing of vehicles is never easy, some countrys demand you actually own the vehicle for 12 months before it gets a ride on a ship, import and stamp dutys can inflate prices quickly, no such thing as a fixed quote there is always something you or they dont see, sometimes the too and fro with paperwork just makes it all too wierd and frustrating at the best of times. Not to mention you never get what you pay for and when you are dealing with a delear to source vehicle and do the appropriates, what you see pics of is not necessarily what you get and remember containers are lost of ships regularly, happened to a mate of mine who imported a Mustang, its on the bottom of the Ocean somewhere, expensive excerise, dont forget insurance and plenty of it
