Hi Mate , I have seen the dust seals and rubbers for the floor pedals on UK ebay for not much if you want to check that out ?

I saw the same ones tonite. The rubbers etc can be bought thru 4wd in Melbourne for not much and they really tidy the inside up.
I used a 'Preval' spray pack from the local PPG outlet to spray the interior. It comes with a screw on 150ml glass reservoir and they mixed the correct paintthat I needed. I think I paid $60 for 1 litre and that was more than enough to respray the interior of olmate and 5 rims etc.
Doing the same for the ol ute . For a bloke such as myself who cant spray paint to save his life - its easy and quite forgiving.

I got a set for my 2A off Garyclr4wd from Ebay. He is down the Lower Blue Mountains area. Nice guy and good to deal with.

You need the pedal shaft to run nice and centrally in the hole or the rubbers dont look so good.
I think there were felt pads originally under the rubber, but I dont have a parts book handy to verify.

Painting for me is no great drama as I am an industrial spray painter by trade, I have my dads really old Sunbeam Low pressure compressor and an equally old Binks Bellows low pressure gun, spraying air dry enamel at low pressure really gives you a nice job and you dont need to be a pro, even one of those airless chatter guns made by Oldfields(Krebbs) will do a job good enough. Those little glass jar sprayers you describe Troy work very well, proven design been around for years. From what I could see in the Pic she looks pretty sharp.

Mine still has the original rubbers and yes there is a felt disc that fits inside them.
This allows for the fact that as the pedal moves it doesn't stay exactly in the centre of the rubber.
