G'day all, on Wensday/ Thursday I went down to Albury to pick up my S1 and car trailer. Also made some drop off and pickups at olmates.
While there I took both my LRs to my mates place in Jindra for some fun and heres the proof.
Ariving at the farm.

Outstanding photos Easo
The photo of them together on the hill is a poster shot for you mate

Great pics.
50 years between them and you can still see the family resemblance!
You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.
Last few,

"Old Girl" visits ol-mate
End of a days fun.
Cheers and Enjoy, Easo
Great photos Easo, thanks
what fantastic photos,& a great example of an original series 1.
what year is it?
I am no expert,maybe56or57
What a fine series 1 you have good to see it being put through its paces along with its much younger sibling lol. Did you restore it your self? I can see from the pics that the old girl has the IOE motor & its great to see the pork pie tail lights on the bsck, capstain winch on the front.
By the way are those the 2 piece "combat" rims you have fitted?
Cheers Brendon.
57 mate.
She is pretty much as is, no restoration yet, just general maintenance. She'd has been in the family for many years. I think we got her in 1990ish.
The bollard of the capstan is off at the moment as I am replacing the sheer pin (Think that's its name), I broke it pulling a huilux out of a hole in Darwin.
The rims are splits, off a Austin champ I think, we got them from a bolke in Albury 5 for a slab i think. Cheers Easo
