Its what the original 5 inch landy lights were branded.

To be precise, butler lights were very similar to the original lights and were infact used on military landrovers and various british cars/tractors etc of that era.
They are virtually indectinguishable to the original lights which were LUCAS.
The differences are the rim is round as opposed to square, and the lens actually has "butlers" in the glass.

The original lights were Lucas and there were 2 variations in the lens.
One was fluted with no lucas markings and the other was fluted and had LUCAS in the bottom of the glass. The LUCAS marked lens is vary rare.
The reflectors are silvered and the bulb fitting should be for the twin filament type of bulb.
There was a single filament fitting which was used in tractors.

If you are planning to use your Land Rover at night, and want to see where you are going,the replica headlight is the way to go, as the original lights are a little better than candles.
If on the other hand you want original lights, then you will need to dig deeply in your pockets, as they are quite hard to find
