yeah its been a 3 year long haul but i have much patience. i wasnt meant to go to this great deal of work until after i finished the chassi repairs i thought yep while everthing is apart ill give it a refresh! i also made a deal with the bloke i bought it from he asked me it would be nice to restore it. He had it for 40 years i cant wait till the day i bring it back to show him it will definitley put him in tears.

HI just a thought it would be worth having the hose clamps 90 degress to each other to minimise any vibration on the propshafts by fitting the rubber boot over the slip joint.
yep 90 degrees clamps, done! that make sense never thought of that, thanks
