One of the site users did sugest merging with another site, but the Canadian guy that runs the series one garage site said he was almost finished building the new site. Maybe it all got too hard for him and he just chucked it in. The new site was to come onstream in February this year as www.seriesonegarage.com, but this just links to the old site. Might just have to keep checking to see if it does come to life.

I wouldn't bother waiting - there was a post by one of the administrators on the Series 1 Club forum that they had been contacted by one of the administrators of the Series 1 Garage that the site was now closed and a new site was not able to be set up and that arrangements would be made for archival material would be moved to the custody of the Series 1 Club.
