			Spotted -109" Ute For Sale

					Hi all!

First time thread poster on this forum. I've posted my personal and more importantly my Landie details recently in the Introductions section.

If anyone's interested I found an internet link to 109" Series 1 utility for sale near Newcastle, NSW. Finding it was a bit ironic; the link is to a Series 1 forum in New Zealand, whilst the vehicle itself is literally in my own stamping ground as I live only 40 mins north of Newcastle.

Whilst it was very appealing to me as it appears original, complete, in reasonable condition and close to home for pick-up, my wife would, to put it nicely, object very strenuously should I bring another project Series 1 home.

The link is attached as follows, and I've cut and pasted the words from the advertisement to whet your appetites............

					Sleepy,

No I have'nt; if my missus even had a inkling I was chasing up on another Landie I'd be in fear of my life!

It supposedly is/was in my region, but I have'nt seen it anywhere on my travels (and I thought I knew where just about every paddock Series Landie is in my area). At the price the guy was asking ($600) and its seemingly reasonable completeness and order it may well have been snapped up.

Looks as though it may be a bit of a white whale after all this time.
