    Tony,
Do you really need to blast the whole chassis? a light rub down with the "Sporting Times" is all that is needed.
2 coats of bituminous paint and a hit with a blow drier.
Hay presto sticky sticky bang bang Series one......

im not sandblasting the whole chassis just where there is surface rust or dirt you know that oily dirt crap.i have a bit more of that crap to get rid of first then one last quick check sanding off any bits that need it and a wash out of the chassis and then blow out the chassis then PAINT

i assembled a rear diff centre this week at school i used the same bearings though as it was only a practice run and i got it right fairly quick which was good, well it took me 20-30 minutes to put the diff carrier in and do up the cups thingy mejigs yu know the threaded locks that puts the load on the bearings and it sets up the backlash and the thou' i did the meshing aswell and it was spot on i didnt have my camera with me then but i will hopefully take some photos when i am doing the proper one, fairly happy with it though
