In our opinion yes, but by the letter of the law to an anal-retentive RTA Inspector maybe not. They have been known to reject unrepaired cracks in metal skins because of the "potential" to open up and be dangerous to pedestrians* whether or not they have actually opened up or not. :(Quote:
