Thread: 86" Ventolator Seals

My next question in the reassembly process....

The rubber seals around the ventilators below the windscreen on my 86" are just about stuffed. I could try to reassemble them and hope they hold together but new ones would be a better long term solution. Any ideas if they are available anywhere?

hi,

If you can't find origional replacement vent seals or if they are out of your price range. you could make them up. for mine i just went to Clarke Rubber & bought a couple of meters of that 3M Foam Weather Strip which has an adhesive strip on one side. they come in various widths & thicknesses. worked well for me.
