Thread: Personal Invite to Blackwood gathering Vic 20-02-2010

This is your official invitation to attend the Blackwood aulro.com Land Rover gathering on Sat. 20/02/2010.

The event is going to be held at the Blackwood Mineral Springs off Golden Point Road (Signs from Western Highway to the site will be on all major turns)
Official hours are from 10AM till 4PM.

Whats happening???
From @9:30AM we will be cooking egg and bacon sandwiches, 30 only at $3:00ea.(First in first served,early bird gets the worm ect.).
Tea and Coffee will be available all day.
Sausages in bread with sauce available from 11AM at only $1:00ea..
4WD TV - KEEP IT SAFE- PLAY HARD! have posted they will be atending and we are aiming to head off at @12:30 for "off road filming" returning when done.
Over the morning we will be conducting a raffle to be drawn at Midday.
There is a couple of other things in the wind to.
Lots of Landy talk with crawling under/over and bonnet lifting expected too.

The fine print..
There is a $2:00 per vehicle charge (discounted site charge) which we will collect by an honour system so there will be no need to stop at the office.
We have been full access to the upper car park with the play ground, BBQ's and toilets.
All profit from this event will be divided evenly betweeen aulro.com and Blackwood CFA.

Sounds cool guys - I used to live in Adelaide, had a mate in Blackwood with a Jeep Cherokee. Nice spot - have fun.
