Brake cylinder bore and stroke.
Does anybody know what the bore and stroke of the brake master cylinder is? I am interested in the CB (compression barrel, or the "big nut") master cylinder, as used on a IIa 109".

The LWB IIA Girling CB: bore = 1.0 inches, stroke =1.5 inches, pushrod free movement = 1/8th inch. But a lot of IIa's I think (like mine) would have a later PBR unit with servo fitted.
cheers

So that would give a cid of 1.18. I am figuring out which VH Hydrobooster to fit.

Furthur to this can someone give me the bore and stroke of a Discovery 1 brake master cylinder (1997 model). I have fitted disc brakes to my series 2a from a discovery and am trying to work out which master cylinder I would like to run.
