    series 2a brake problem

hey guys, just replaced the brake master cylinder on my series 2a 109 and after test driving, the brakes are dragging and it seems the brake fluid is not returning into the reservoir once the brake pedal has been released? all four brakes were real hot and the brake pedal barely moves now! the brake shoe adjustment was fine before the cylinder was changed and all wheel cylinders and brake shoes have been replaced? any help would be awesome

    hot on problem

    Hi army2a

If the master cylinder is brand new and the correct part, I would simply adjust and shorten the push rod from the pedal into the master cylinder, as it reads like the plunger hasn't returned far enough to allow the fluid to flow back into the reservoir.

    Cheers Arthur
