What part of the chassis are you getting to? If the whole thing, next remove seatbox, then firewall, then motor/gearbox (together if there is no need to disturb but most would at least check the clutch now) the last is the axles/suspension as rolling chassis are easier to move.

Seatbox is out already, Firewall still needs att and then the rest chassis, motorm gearbox

No one mentioned it, but make sure you store and label everything to make life easier as you go,
And restoring bolts/brackets etc on a lousy day passes time
(look at Dinty's restorations (esp last one) in REMLR Projects..)
Now is the time to consider replacing complete wiring loom (autosparks in UK are well priced but try them all for prices... VINWIRE in Aus also do looms etc as were standard but were unable to match prices (or get close) when I got mine, Try them they may be close now...)
Use the SEARCH function it will bring up heaps of handy hints/info and as stated the RAVE CD from Daves shop will give you repair manual, parts manual, and lots of tips etc as collected over time.

Yeah and further to Digger's labelling, photograph everything that comes out, before you take it out. Makes fitment sooo much easier later.

thx guys...... bit late now for labelling and photos, its all out, i'll have to get the cd for this, there still a lot of work to be done. Battlling my ass of to get the bullbar off, as the nuts are very rusty. Busy with the firewall at this stage.

They had their good days, i'm currently battling to get my bullbar off, which i'm sure the bolts & nuts looks the same.
