    Mudshield under the O/S Guard

    I'm perplexed!

It came out of here but the fold seems to go forward instead of back to locate on the bulkhead.

    Any ideas?

I certainly don't recall running over it with the Fergy in the shed or anything!

Can someone post a photo showing how it mounts?

Easy one! You're trying to fit it on the wrong side of the top mounting lugs. It just bolts onto the outer face. See if you can find three fix-nut type clips from a Series 3, as it makes fitting it far easier and less contortionistic!

    Thanks Dan!

Yes it's that AND I must have somehow bent it out of shape when I removed it!

I stood on it and jumped up & down a few times and lo and behold: it fits!

I restored a split windscreen single cab Kombi many years ago & the dropsides were seriously bowed outwards from decades of overloading & abuse.

Solution: prop the ends on bricks with the bow pointing skywards then gently "trampoline" on the them till they straightened.
